Joana’s Vivian’s story

Vivian is 38 years old and lives in the town of Makindye in the Makindye region of Uganda. She is married and has 2 children, with 1 of them currently in school. For the past 6 years, Vivian has been working hard to manage her restaurant, which sells cooked food and soft drinks .  

About the investment

To help expand her business, Vivian has requested a loan of PHP 50.000 Philippines Pesos from Spreadwings. The loan will be used to buy more fresh varieties of food, like flour and other ingredients to cook for selling. This will help Vivian to generate greater profits and improve on her family’s standard of living by providing them with enough food, and also cover some basic needs for her family.
